Art Program  Our current collaborative organizations

 

We’ve also learned the importance of spreading our advocacy and sharing our story, as well as the power of true collaboration with like-minded organizations and individuals. Based on that learning, we are now focusing on enhancing our programs and activities and be able to reach out to more children. We are currently collaborating with following organizations: two community centers, two orphanage centers, Three local schools, one nursery class.  We also have 10-15 individual students who are keen to learn at our school.  (You can click logo or name to go to their website)

SAS provides Art and Japanese programs at the Angkor Krau Community Center every other Saturday.

 

The Angkor Krau Community center was founded by an international NGO, JST.  The age of the students range from 5 to 15 years old.  Many of their parents are farmers and are involved with the conservation of Angkor Wat ruins.    

SAS provides art classes for the The Khmer Social Economic Development orphanage children every Tuesday and Thursday. 

 

KSEDO is an orphanage center run by Khmer, located in Siem Reap.  There are about 25 children living there. 

New Child Care Center

SAS provides art sessions for the Self Help Community Center students (SHCC) every Sunday afternoon.

 

SHCC is a Cambodian NGO located in the Krobei Riel village. Their programs include: English, Social Work, Arts and Music. A lot of very talented young artists can be found in this community center. 

Tattom & Throck Primary School

SAS provides art classes for the The New Child Care Center(NCCC) orphanage children every other Saturday. 

 

The New Child Care Center is an orphanage supported by Japanese NGOs, located in Pouk district, Siem Reap.  There are 18 children living there, with ages ranging from 3 to 16 years old.  

SAS provides art classes for the children once a month on Wednesday.  

 

Asia School sttendance Partneship is Japanese NPO locates in Tokyo.  They have funded these schools and keep supporting children and their family by providing jobs.  

SAS provides art classes for the Anjali House children every Tuesday and Thursday. 

 

Anjali House is a local NGO in Siem Reap supporting vulnerable and at-risk children and their families through education, health care and the arts. At the moment, about 80 children aged 4 – 18 are supported by Anjali House.
